Shipping policy

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment location in China.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

United Kingdom delivery

Standard Tracked Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 10–20 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, peak periods, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs

For UK orders:

  • Standard Delivery: £4.99

  • Free Standard Delivery on orders of £50 or more

Any available upgraded or express delivery option will be shown at checkout.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, your tracking number will be sent by email after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after shipment.

VAT, customs and import charges

Prices shown on our store include applicable taxes where required.

For qualifying low-value UK orders, VAT is handled at the point of sale where required under UK rules.

For higher-value orders or where import charges apply under local law, additional customs duties, import VAT, handling fees, or other charges may be collected by the carrier or customs authority.

INKU is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Delivery restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes

  • BFPO addresses

  • Channel Islands

  • Isle of Man

If an address cannot be serviced by our shipping provider, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@inku.uk with your order number.

We will review the tracking information and assist with the next steps.
